Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your
order & the country where the order is being shipped to. To
determine the exact shipping cost for an order, add the items to your
basket & go to checkout. The Shipping cost will be displayed.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Orders received by 2:00 pm, Mon - Fri are generally shipped the same business day.
Returns
CDs
& DVDs. Returns will only be accepted for defective products. There
is a 30-day guarantee for damaged CDs & DVDs. If a CD or DVD is
damaged during shipping, please state which one and a replacement copy
will be sent to you free of charge, including shipping. Shipping is not covered for the return of packages.
Returned CDs and DVDs should be sent with a copy of your invoice and clear details of the problems encountered.
